No, we currently do not ship internationally. But we are looking into it and once we are able to ship internationally we will let you know!

Are your paddles USAPA approved?
Yes. All Enigma paddles are USAP approved. Unless otherwise stated (some prototype paddles we did not test)
What is our Gen3 Core?
A new-generation honeycomb polymer core with explosive energy return and improved feel. Similar to gen2 but the inside core now has foam to allow for more pop and more exciting finishes!

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — 90 Day warranty covering manufacturing defects.
What is the Paddle Refresh program?
Our Paddle Refresh Program is our way of giving back to the pros and ambassadors who support Enigma on and off the court. Every paddle purchased by an eligible pro or ambassador comes with a 60-day refresh window—meaning we’ll send them a brand-new paddle as long as the original is returned in playable condition.
It’s our commitment to keep you equipped with the freshest gear while helping spread the game we love.

What paddle shape is right for me?
Each paddle shape plays differently, so here’s a quick breakdown:
- Elongated Shape (e.g. BX5 💥, Proto🔥, Enlightenment
🌊) — Great for aggressive players who want reach, spin, and attacking power. Ideal for tennis converts and singles players. - Widebody Shape (e.g. BX3 💥) — Best for control, blocking, and resets. A great choice for doubles players or those focused on soft hands at the net.
- Hybrid Shape (e.g. Mitochondria 🧬) — A balanced option for players who want both reach and control. Perfect for all-court versatility.
Tennis background?
Many tennis players love our Fire 🔥 or BX5 💥 paddles due to their heavier swing weight and power-driven cores.
